It is designed for deburring, smoothing workpiece edges, hole deburring, surface sanding, contour edge shaping, and achieving smooth and round edges on metal surfaces and holes. Additionally, it can perform wire drawing, descaling, polishing, and light surface pouring on metal sheets. The machine efficiently removes burrs generated during processes like stamping, shearing, laser cutting, and plasma cutting in all directions simultaneously, ensuring safe and reliable processing for perfect results.

 

Compatible with laser cutting machines, CNC stamping, various CNC processing equipment, and other machining deburring front production lines, this deburring machine effectively removes surface, contour edge, and hole edge burrs while providing uniform chamfering.

Polishing Roller
