Abrasive Sand Belt+Rotary Roller Brushes+Sand Belt

Different positions of double abrasive belt are available to achieve different functions. The workpiece is  firstly processed by the sand belt of 80# or 120# for deburring; Then it is processed by rotary roller brushes for chamfering; Finally it is processed by 240# or 320# mesh of sand belt for hairline finish and wire drawing.

Polishing Roller  

The sand frame can be replaced or added with a polishing roller. The  polishing roller is used for the rough grinding of all metal(including gold), wood, plastic and other workpieces, for removing metal burrs, sanding, wire drawing, grinding, decoration, matte, soft light, etc., mainly used for grinding stainless steel extra find sand grain polishing and mirror treatment.
