It is designed for deburring, smoothing workpiece edges, hole deburring, surface sanding, creating smooth and round contour edges, wire drawing, descaling, polishing, and light surface texturing on metal sheets. It effectively removes burrs generated during stamping, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and other processes in all directions simultaneously, ensuring safe and reliable processing for perfect results.

 

Compatible with laser cutting machines, CNC stamping, various CNC processing equipment, and other machining tools, this deburring machine is ideal for pre-production deburring of parts surfaces, contour edges, hole edges, and uniform chamfering.

Polishing Roller

 

The sand frame can be replaced or added with a polishing roller. The polishing roller is used for the rough grinding of all metals (including gold), wood, plastic, and other workpieces. It is ideal for removing metal burrs, sanding, wire drawing, grinding, decoration, matte, soft light, etc. The polishing roller is mainly used for grinding stainless steel with extra fine sand grain polishing and mirror treatment.
