Structure:

Lighting System:

Powder Recovery System:

Incorporates 6 high-performance dust filter cartridges (600mm*Ø320mm) and 6 solenoid valves (holeØ20mm, DC24V). Features automatic pulse blowback to maximize powder recovery efficiency.

Circulation System:

Powered by a robust centrifugal blower (7.5kW motor), delivering an air flow rate of 6,000 ~ 9,000m³/h. Connected to the cabin via an anti-flame flexible tube, with an exhaust vent that is adjustable in four directions for optimal performance.

Blower Holder System:

Constructed with sturdy 80*80 square tubes designed to minimize noise and eliminate resonance. The system is independently supported to enhance overall stability.

Process Steps:

1. Pre-treatment: Effectively remove rust and oil from the product's surface to ensure a clean base.
2. Drying: Thoroughly dry workpieces following pre-treatment to prepare for coating.
3. Powder Coating: Apply the coating manually or automatically for precise results.
4. Powder Curing: Cure the coated workpieces in the oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes to achieve a durable and long-lasting finish.
5. Cooling: Allow natural cooling to ensure optimal end results.
