Powder Coating Ovens are used for curing powder on metal substrates, such as aluminum extrusions, sheet metal, wheels, composite parts, bike frames and various metal geometric shapes. When a thermoset powder is exposed to elevated temperature, it begins to melt, flows out, and then chemically reacts to form a higher molecular weight polymer in a network-like structure.

Machine Details:
Wall Panel: Rock wool sandwich panel, 100mm thick, density is 120kg/m³. Outside
is 0.476mm thick colorful steel, inside is 0.476mm thick galvanized steel, anti-flame and heat -insulation.
Heating System( Gas): Made of 304 stainless steel. Italy Riello gas burner.
Temperature Range: Room temp - 200ºC, 1 set of 304 stainless steel heating exchanger.
Cooling System: 1 set of cooling pump and 201 stainless steel water tank to cool the b22earing of circulation fan.
