It is designed for deburring, smoothing workpiece edges, hole deburring, surface sanding, creating smooth and round contour edges, wire drawing, descaling, polishing, and light surface pouring on metal sheets. It effectively removes burrs generated during stamping, shearing, laser machine cutting, plasma cutting, and other processes in all directions simultaneously. The processing is safe and reliable, ensuring perfect results on workpieces.

The sand frame can be replaced or added with a polishing roller. The polishing roller, provided by Jinan D. Ventus Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd., is ideal for rough grinding all metals (including gold), wood, plastic, and other workpieces. It effectively removes metal burrs, sands, wire draws, grinds, decorates, creates a matte finish, and produces a soft light effect. Primarily used for grinding stainless steel with extra fine sand grain polishing and mirror treatment.
