It is designed for various applications such as deburring, edge workpiece finishing, hole deburring, surface sanding, contour edge smoothing, wire drawing, descaling, polishing, and light metal sheet surface treatment. The machine efficiently removes burrs generated during processes like stamping, shearing, laser cutting, and plasma cutting in all directions simultaneously, ensuring safe and reliable processing for achieving flawless results.

 

Compatible with laser cutting machines, CNC stamping, and other CNC processing equipment, this deburring machine is ideal for pre-production deburring tasks, including surface burr removal, contour edge refinement, hole edge deburring, and uniform chamfering.

Polishing Roller

 

The sand frame can be replaced or added with a polishing roller. The polishing roller, provided by Jinan D. Ventus Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd., is ideal for rough grinding all metals (including gold), wood, plastic, and other workpieces. It effectively removes metal burrs, sands, wire draws, grinds, decorates, creates a matte finish, and produces a soft light effect. Primarily used for grinding stainless steel with extra fine sand grain polishing and mirror treatment.
