It is designed for deburring, smoothing workpiece edges, hole deburring, surface sanding, creating smooth and round contour edges on workpiece surfaces and holes, as well as achieving wire drawing, descaling, polishing, and light etching on metal sheet surfaces. It effectively removes burrs generated during stamping, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and other processes in all directions simultaneously, ensuring safe and reliable processing for perfect results.

 

Compatible with laser cutting machines, CNC stamping, various CNC processing, and other machining operations, this deburring machine is ideal for removing surface, contour edge, and hole edge burrs, as well as achieving uniform chamfering. The sand frame can be replaced or added with a polishing roller. The polishing roller, provided by Jinan D. Ventus Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd., is ideal for rough grinding all metals (including gold), wood, plastic, and other workpieces. It effectively removes metal burrs, sands, wire draws, grinds, decorates, creates a matte finish, soft light, and more. Primarily used for grinding stainless steel with extra fine sand grain polishing and mirror treatment.

• The surface is deburred and finished, and the abrasive belt can be changed at will. The mesh number of the product will change accordingly.
