Powered by a centrifugal blower (7.5kW motor) delivering an air flow rate of 6,000 ~ 9,000m³/h. Connected via an anti-flame flexible tube to the cabin, allowing for adjustable exhaust in four directions.

Blower Holder System:

Engineered with 80*80 square tubes to minimize noise and eliminate resonance. Separate from the booth for increased stability.

Process Steps:

1. Pre-treatment: Effectively removes rust and oil from the product surface.
2. Drying: Ensures the workpieces are thoroughly dried post pre-treatment.
3. Powder Coating: Applied with precision, either manually or automatically.
4. Powder Curing: Heated in the oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes to ensure a durable coating.
5. Cooling: Utilizes a natural cooling process for perfect results.
