This equipment operates as a through-type processing system, utilizing two sets of wide-width abrasive belt mechanisms to eliminate large burrs such as slag particles and major flanging on the workpiece's surface. The through-type processing ensures that the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece remains unaffected. The abrasive belt station is capable of performing wire drawing, polishing, descaling, and removing welding slag and burrs from metal sheets. For conveying workpieces, a high-temperature resistant conveyor belt with frequency conversion speed regulation is used.
Additionally, the polishing roller is dedicated to the final finishing of products, delivering exceptional surface quality.
