It is designed for deburring, smoothing workpiece edges, hole deburring, surface sanding, contour edge refinement, and achieving smooth and round edges on metal surfaces and holes. Additionally, it can perform wire drawing, descaling, polishing, and light surface etching on metal sheets. This machine efficiently removes burrs generated during stamping, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and other processes in all directions simultaneously, ensuring safe and reliable processing for flawless workpiece results.

 

Compatible with laser cutting machines, CNC stamping equipment, various CNC processing tools, and other machining systems, this deburring machine is ideal for pre-production deburring tasks. It effectively removes surface burrs, contour edge imperfections, hole edge burrs, and provides uniform chamfering for a polished final product.

The sand frame can be replaced or added with a polishing roller. The polishing roller, manufactured by Jinan D. Ventus Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd., is designed for rough grinding of various materials such as metal (including gold), wood, and plastic. It effectively removes metal burrs, sands, wire draws, grinds, decorates, creates matte finishes, soft light effects, and more. The polishing roller is primarily used for grinding stainless steel with extra fine sand grain polishing and mirror treatment.

• The surface is deburred and finished, and the abrasive belt can be changed at will. The mesh number of the product will change accordingly.
