Additionally, it can achieve wire drawing, descaling, polishing, and light surface pouring on metal sheets. This machine effectively removes burrs generated during stamping, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and other processes in all directions simultaneously, ensuring safe and reliable processing for flawless results.

 

Compatible with laser cutting machines, CNC stamping, various CNC processing, and other machining operations, this deburring machine is ideal for pre-production deburring tasks. Polishing Roller

 

The sand frame can be replaced or added with a polishing roller. The polishing roller, provided by Jinan D. Ventus Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd., is ideal for rough grinding all metals (including gold), wood, plastic, and other workpieces. It effectively removes metal burrs, sands, wire draws, grinds, decorates, creates a matte finish, soft light, etc. This roller is primarily used for grinding stainless steel with extra fine sand grain polishing and mirror treatment.
