Cypcut Tubepro system is a control system developed for tube cutting processing. It supports high-precision and high-efficiency cutting of square pipe, round pipe, runway type, oval stretch pipe, Angle steel and channel steel, U Channels and I beams.
The auto focus Raytools laser cutting head comes with the external motor and the built-in drive unit through the linear driver and the focusing lens can automatically change the position in the range of 25mm. The user can set the focus continuously through the program to complete the rapid perpiercing of thick sheets or other different thickness and material sheets.
The extruded aluminum beam is developed to improve the beam structure and optimize its dynamic performance. The whole beam is processed by heat treatment process to make the beam obtain the highest strength. Solution treatment improves the strength and plasticity of the beam, optimizes and reduces its weight, and speeds up the movement.
